For more than ten years I have been photographing vacation rentals and properties in Carinthia and across Austria. What sets me apart: I am a host myself. My family and I run Landhaus Apartments Prägant in Bad Kleinkirchheim — I know what guests need to see before they book.

How much does a vacation rental photographer in Carinthia cost?

Packages start from €390 net for the Starter package (25–40 photos, 2–3 h session). The Comfort package with 50–80 photos and half-day coverage costs €850 net. The All-Inclusive package including drone and twilight shots is €1,200 net. Travel within 80 km of Bad Kleinkirchheim is included.

How many photos will I receive?

Depending on the package: 25–40 (Starter), 50–80 (Comfort) or 100+ photos (All-Inclusive). The number is a guideline — final selection is based on quality. All images are professionally edited: exposure, white balance and perspective correction included.

Is professional photography worth it for a small apartment?

Yes — especially for smaller properties, high-quality photos make the difference. Properties with professional images demonstrably achieve more bookings and can command higher prices. The investment typically pays off within a few bookings.

How do I prepare my property for the shoot?

Tidy, clean rooms, open blinds and switched-on lights are the basics. Personal items should be removed. You will receive a detailed checklist after booking to ensure your property looks its best.

What photos do I need for Airbnb and Booking.com?

Airbnb and Booking.com recommend at least 20 high-quality photos: all rooms, details, outdoor area and surroundings. Horizontally oriented images in landscape format perform best. The Comfort package fully covers all requirements of these platforms.

How long until I receive my photos?

Standard delivery is 5 working days after the shoot — via download link. With the Express Delivery add-on (€90 net) you receive your photos within 24 hours. Ideal if you want to publish a listing quickly or open a season.

Can I use the photos on multiple platforms?

With the Standard license (included in all packages) you can use the images on your own website, Airbnb, Booking.com, Feratel, Tiscover and all common tourism portals for your property. For paid advertising or agencies, the Extended license is required.

What happens if the weather is bad?

In bad weather conditions, you can reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours in advance (bad weather clause). Interior shots are weather-independent and can always take place. A new date will be agreed mutually.
